Beef tenderloin steak chopped with a knife, egg yolk, onion, pickled gherkins, capers, anchovies, Modena vinegar, virgin olive oil, mustard, Tabasco, lemmon, Worcestershire sauce, salt and ground black pepper are the responsibles for the fact that El Gastrónomo is a classic of international food. Since it opened its doors in May 1985, in the hand of Antonio Martínez Belenguer, this restaurant has been accomplice in business meals, dinners for two, family celebrations and an endless list of events sealed by the tastes that only our Chef José Antonio Balastegui can offer, turning small and great moments into evenings to remember.

With the baton in his hand, José Javier Martínez, our Head Waiter, orchestrates more than a hundred plates every day. Different specialities of Valencian Rice, exquisite meat and fish, "foie à point", different varieties of fruit, seasonal vegetables and wonderful desserts shape the pillars of El Gastrónomo menu.

The gurus of good food know that in this house a perfect gastronomic combination is a reason for distinction. And the fact is that the extensive wine cellar of El Gastrónomo is destined to the search of the balance at the table, enhancing the taste of the plate.
